Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026  ·  CatchBoost (catchboost.ai)

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CatchBoost website at catchboost.ai and any related services provided by CatchBoost LLC ("CatchBoost," "we," "us," or "our"), a Connecticut limited liability company. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive transactional text messages from CatchBoost LLC including appointment confirmations and reminders. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

2. Description of Services

CatchBoost provides done-for-you AI receptionist services for home service contractors, including:

  • AI-powered voice agents that answer inbound calls on behalf of clients
  • Caller intake, qualification, and routing
  • Integration with contractor CRM platforms (such as Jobber and Housecall Pro)
  • Automation workflows for call data, notifications, and follow-up
  • Ongoing maintenance and optimization of deployed agents

Service details, scope, and pricing are defined in the agreement entered into with each client at the time of onboarding.

3. AI Voice Agent Disclosure

⚠️ Automated service notice: CatchBoost's AI receptionists are automated systems. Callers interacting with a phone number powered by CatchBoost are communicating with an artificial intelligence, not a human employee of the contractor business.

Our contractor clients are responsible for ensuring their use of CatchBoost's AI receptionist complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including any requirements to disclose the use of automated systems to callers.

CatchBoost designs its AI systems to handle calls professionally and accurately, but does not guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly. Human oversight and periodic review by our clients is expected and encouraged.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients who subscribe to CatchBoost services agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information during onboarding
  • Maintain a valid CRM subscription compatible with the agreed integration
  • Configure call forwarding correctly and notify CatchBoost of any changes to phone numbers or routing
  • Review call summaries and flag any quality issues promptly
  • Comply with all applicable laws governing the use of AI voice systems, call recording, and telemarketing in their jurisdiction
  • Not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Pricing is as presented on the CatchBoost website or as agreed in writing at the time of sign-up.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your service agreement. If you dispute a charge, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge date at hello@catchboost.ai.

We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@catchboost.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service through that date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Payment is not received after reasonable notice
  • Your use of the service creates legal, reputational, or technical risk for CatchBoost

Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to help you transition away from our service, including exporting your caller history data.

7. Intellectual Property

CatchBoost retains ownership of all system prompts, AI agent configurations, automation workflows, and proprietary methodology developed for your account. These represent our core intellectual property and remain the property of CatchBoost even after termination of your subscription.

You retain ownership of your business data, caller records, and CRM content. We will not use your business data for any purpose other than providing the services described herein.

The CatchBoost name, logo, and brand materials are our exclusive property. You may not use them without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the services, including business operations, pricing, and technical systems. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

We will not disclose your client information, caller data, or business details to any third party except as required to provide the service or comply with law.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that our AI agents will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every call will be handled perfectly. Voice AI is an evolving technology and occasional misunderstandings, errors, or system outages may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CatchBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or business opportunities arising from use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CatchBoost harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services in violation of these Terms, your breach of applicable laws, or any claims by third parties relating to your business operations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Connecticut.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
